We’re creative production partners bridging the divide between ad agency, production company, and nice people.

If you’re here, it means you’re curious. Who are these people? What motivates them? Why are there so many outer space references?

Fantastic Voyage launched with one mission in mind: to help businesses navigate the cosmos of content creation. We’re currently Earth-side spreading our expertise in the scripted and unscripted, following reality as it happens or creating our own, with best-in-class professionals to help you navigate the storytelling frontier. Around the world and in virtual worlds, on-set to online to on a boat, we’re ready to be your trusted co-pilot as we bring your narrative to life.

Meet the Voyagers

Meet the crew of Fantastic Voyage! We travelled different trajectories to get here, but now we ride together. From all walks of life, the one thing that unites us is a passion for telling great stories in every way.

  • Born and raised in Atlanta, I’m a former award-winning copywriter/creative director who spent 14 years telling brand stories and creating branded content creative. I’ve helped incredible ad agencies like Digitas, Grey, BBDO, 77 Ventures Creative, and Taxi, as well as brands like Google, NASCAR, Fox Sports, HotWire, Wyoming Whiskey, Frank’s RedHot, ALO, Uniqlo, and many more, tell their stories to national and international audiences online, on TV, and on the radio.

After getting laid off in 2022, there was an opportunity to take a project from script to Final_Finalv4, and I thought to myself, this is it. Help good brands make great work, from whatever part of the process, by doing what I love.

And thus, Fantastic Voyage landed on planet Earth.

I’m a husband to the coolest wife, father to a toddler, and fervent pursuer of the next trout river. In the leisure hours, you can find me working in my food forest, hitting up music venues, cooking Bulgarian food, and as of now, toddler-safe activities like wagon rides and ball pits.

Directors We Love Riding With

  • rte. Color. Validad. Vida.

There are more adjectives that describe the amazing director Elise Lacret, but LinkedIn has a character count limit. She’s bilingual, multi-talented (used to be a production designer), and pursuer of arts in every form they take.

Representing the life and love of Miami straight out of Nashville, Elise is an up-and-coming commercial director with a flair for creative fun, color-popping pieces, and a collaborative sense that makes clients feel like they’re being heard.

We’re so excited to have helped produce her new commercial for BE Hive: The Origin Story, launching at the beginning of the April.

Ready to add some flair to your creative vision? Then message Elise today.

  • BORN AND RAISED IN NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE, AND OF KOREAN DESCENT, KANG WAS INTRODUCED TO VARIOUS WALKS OF LIFE FROM AN EARLY AGE. UNABLE TO PURSUE FASHION SCHOOL OR STUDY AUTO MECHANICS DUE TO HER OBLIGATION TO THE FAMILY'S BUSINESS, SHE ATTAINED HER DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AND MARKETING.

INFATUATED WITH ALL MEDIUMS OF ART, KANG BEGAN TO REVISIT AND PURSUE DANCING AS A HOBBY AND LATER FOUND HERSELF IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA. AFTER TRANSITIONING TO THE PRODUCTION SIDE, SHE GRAVITATED TOWARDS THE GRIP AND ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT, FINDING IT SATISFIED HER DESIRE TO WORK ON CARS.

HER MOST RECENT PROJECTS INCLUDE ‘KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON’, AS A SET LIGHTING TECHNICIAN, AND ‘THE CREATOR’, AS BEST BOY SET LIGHTING TECHNICIAN.

KANG’S TRAJECTORY INTO DIRECTING WAS A WAY FOR HER TO FINALLY APPLY HER LOVE FOR EVERY FACET OF ART; WITH A CONCENTRATION IN DESIGN, FASHION, AND DANCE.

ABOVE ALL PURSUITS, KANG FINDS JOY IN THE COLLECTIVE AND COLLABORATIVE FILMMAKING PROCESS, PROBLEM SOLVING, AND FOLLOWING THE FUN AND ADVENTURE FIRST.

Our Values

Y’all Means All

The best solutions come from different people with different backgrounds and different experiences. Our creative teams and productions crews are staffed by a diverse set of women, men, non-binary, LGBTQ+, POC, and folks who don’t fit into any of the boxes. We work with good people who do great jobs and execute in high fidelity.

Artificial Intelligence + Other Film Tech

While Fantastic Voyage openly rejects our robot overlords, we embrace technology like artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), Unreal Engine, and other tech advancements as aids to the production process. The human element is so important to the craft, it should never, and can never be replaced. We believe technology is a tool to open up new horizons of creativity and help facilitate the production of our high fidelity projects.

Sustainable Production

We care about the Earth. It’s why Fantastic Voyage takes steps to adhere to the Green Production Guide to reduce our carbon footprint at every step of the production cycle. From no plastic cups or utensils on set to prioritizing working with green vendors, every step like this, is a step in the right direction for the future of our industry—and planet.
